The 2017 Farmers Market will be located on the NEW green space. This year we will have 40 spaces available.
The fee for displaying is $120 for the season, and your payment must be received by April 1, 2017 to reserve a space. You may pay by cash or check. If writing a check, please make it payable to Harmony Crossing, LLC and send to 112 Harmony Crossing, Ste 4, Eatonton, GA 31024.
If you are interested in a weekly space, rather than paying for the season, you can call us after April 1 to see if there are any spaces available. We will not be able to take applications for a weekly space until after April 1. If we determine space(s) are available for weekly participants, the weekly fee will be $12 per tent.
It is understood that anyone who reserves a space will not leave the Harmony Crossing Farmers Market and go to any other market within 15 miles.
The Farmers Market will begin on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Each vendor must have a tent/canopy to be placed over the table(s) where your product is displayed. Each vendor is limited to 3 spaces/tents. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
I agree to follow all rules and regulations of the market and as required by law.
I/we agree to hold harmless The Village at Harmony Crossing, Harmony Crossing, LLC, the GA Farmers Market @ The Village at Harmony Crossing and any officials connected to the Farmers Market from any and all liability due to damage and/or theft of my/our merchandise, goods, and wares kept on premises designated by persons and organizations listed above. This agreement refers to any and all damage including, but not limited to, damage by heat, water, sun, rain, wind, temperature, vandalism, or the like. This agreement also covers all claims, suits, actions, debts, and costs, charges and expenses, or damages of any nature arising from any activities under this contract, including, but not limited to, loss predicated on active or passive negligence of the indemnities.
